AiXFunded is a crypto-native proprietary trading evaluation platform. AiXFunded provides trader evaluation, assessment, and performance-based challenge programs. Participation in any challenge or evaluation constitutes participation in an evaluation process and does not constitute employment, investment, brokerage, portfolio management, asset management, or any offer of financial products or services. AiXFunded is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial adviser, asset manager, bank, custodian, money transmitter, or deposit-taking institution. All trading accounts and evaluation accounts provided through AiXFunded are simulated accounts unless expressly stated otherwise. A simulated account represents a performance evaluation status within the AiXFunded program and does not represent ownership of, entitlement to, or control over any actual trading account, investment account, customer account, or pool of assets. Users do not own, control, or receive any right, title, or interest in AiXFunded’s capital, treasury, assets, or simulated account balances. The Services do not facilitate or provide access to trading in actual securities, virtual assets or other financial instruments. Participation in an evaluation program does not guarantee progression to any reward program, payout eligibility, or future relationship with AiXFunded. Any payouts, rewards, commissions, bonuses, or other incentives are subject to applicable program rules, eligibility requirements, compliance reviews, and fraud prevention procedures, and do not constitute investment returns, interest, dividends, or deposits. Certain simulated instruments made available through the platform may reference the price or performance of publicly traded companies, exchange-traded funds or other traditional financial assets. Such references are solely for simulation, evaluation and educational purposes. They do not constitute actual securities, tokenized securities, security tokens, fractional shares or ownership interests in any underlying asset. Your participation does not involve the purchase, sale, holding or transfer of any actual securities or other financial instruments, and no brokerage, securities dealing or investment account is created through your use of the platform. All content, tools, programs, challenges, AI agent features, trading data, and platform materials are provided for informational, educational, and evaluation purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, trading, or professional advice. Participation in any AiXFunded challenge, affiliate program, or reward program does not guarantee payouts, rewards, bonuses, future performance, or eligibility for any benefit. Statements made by affiliates, community members, influencers, referral partners, or other third parties do not constitute representations of AiXFunded and should not be relied upon when deciding whether to participate in any program. Digital assets, crypto markets, derivatives, perpetual contracts, leveraged products, and trading strategies involve significant risk. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions, tax obligations, wallet security, and compliance with applicable laws. Payments, rewards, commissions, and other payouts may be processed in digital assets, and may be subject to blockchain network risks, delays, fees, errors, or irreversible transactions. AiXFunded services are not available to users located in, resident in, citizens or nationals of, incorporated in, or operating from restricted jurisdictions, including jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions or other legal restrictions.
