AiXFunded is incorporated in Seychelles. In this Privacy Policy, “AiXFunded”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AiXFunded and its applicable affiliates and service providers.

This Privacy Policy applies to users, applicants, affiliates, visitors and other individuals who interact with the Services. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Program Rules, Affiliate Agreement and other applicable notices.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, wallets, blockchain networks, social platforms or other services that we do not own or control, even if they link to or are linked from our Services.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual.

Account and registration data may include your email address, username, account or dashboard identifier, authentication information, account status, challenge and reward history, support records and referral information.

Wallet and blockchain data may include wallet addresses, transaction hashes, networks, token types and amounts, payment and payout status, internal Account Balance records, wallet screening results and blockchain risk signals.

Telegram and X verification data may include user IDs, usernames, display names, avatars, public profile information, verification status, community membership and metadata made available through OAuth or integrations.

Simulated trading and evaluation data may include orders, positions, instruments, direction, size, leverage, timestamps, prices, profit and loss, balances, drawdowns, challenge results, rule status, AI reasoning scores and payout eligibility.

Payment, balance, reward and payout data may include fees, purchases, ledger credits and debits, Lite rewards, Boost bonuses, profit splits, affiliate commissions, payout requests, refunds, chargebacks and compliance information.

Affiliate and referral data may include applications, approval status, links, codes, attribution records, clicks, conversions, referred users, commission calculations, traffic sources and fraud or abuse signals.

Device, usage, technical and security data may include IP address, approximate location, browser, device, operating system, language, session identifiers, pages visited, interaction data, logs and VPN or proxy signals.

Support, community and user content data may include support tickets, messages, attachments, appeals, disputes, testimonials, reviews, comments, videos and other content you submit or publish relating to AiXFunded.

Where necessary, we may request enhanced verification such as legal name, date of birth, nationality, residence, proof of address, identity documents, facial verification, wallet ownership proof, source-of-funds, tax, sanctions, fraud or KYB information.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality, login, referral attribution or dashboard access.

AiXFunded currently does not perform full identity verification for all users by default. We generally use Telegram, X, wallet and account signals for account integrity, anti-abuse, community management, affiliate attribution and platform risk review.

Social verification is not legal identity verification. Verifying your Telegram or X account does not mean AiXFunded has verified your legal name, residence, nationality, citizenship or identity documents.

AiXFunded may request enhanced verification at any time where necessary, including before granting account access, processing payouts or rewards, approving commissions, investigating abuse, reviewing wallet risk or complying with law.

When you make blockchain-based payments or transfers, information such as wallet address, transaction hash, token amount, timestamp and blockchain network may be visible on public blockchains. Public blockchain data is not controlled by AiXFunded and may be permanent.

You are responsible for ensuring that wallet addresses, networks and token types are accurate and compatible. AiXFunded may use blockchain data for payment processing, payout review, wallet screening, fraud prevention, sanctions review, accounting, dispute resolution and security.

AiXFunded may use automated and manual review systems to assess account integrity, linked accounts, jurisdiction and wallet risk, fraud, trading rule compliance, payout eligibility, affiliate attribution, campaign abuse, AI Agent performance and platform security.

These systems may use account, wallet, social, IP, device, trading, referral, payout, behavioral, blockchain and platform data. Where required by law, you may request human review or contest certain decisions.

We use reasonable technical, organizational and administrative measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, authentication controls, monitoring, role-based access, logging, vendor review and internal policies.

No method of transmission, storage, blockchain interaction or internet-based service is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, accounts, devices, passwords and access methods.

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, process payments, conduct risk review, enforce rules, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We may retain anonymized, aggregated or de-identified data for analytics, security, product development and business purposes. Deletion requests may be subject to legal, compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution and enforcement exceptions.

AiXFunded is incorporated in Seychelles and may process personal data in other countries where we, our affiliates, vendors, infrastructure providers, support providers, blockchain analytics providers or other partners operate.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, vendor due diligence or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, object to processing of, withdraw consent for, or request portability of your personal data. You may also have rights to opt out of marketing communications, targeted advertising or certain sharing activities.

EEA, UK and Switzerland: you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil: you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including access, correction, withdrawal of consent, confirmation of processing, deletion and objection, subject to legal exceptions.

United States: where state privacy laws apply, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, obtain a copy of, and opt out of certain processing, targeted advertising, sale or sharing. Services may be restricted in the United States under our Terms and Conditions.

We may send marketing emails, newsletters, campaign updates, affiliate updates, community updates or promotional communications where permitted by law. You may opt out, but we may continue to send transactional, security, legal, account, support, payout, verification or policy-related communications.

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it unless retention is required or permitted by law.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including wallets, blockchain networks, Telegram, X, analytics, cloud, support, affiliate tracking, identity verification, wallet screening, advertising, community, AI and infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates may be posted on our website, dashboard, help center or through other communications. The “Last Updated” date will indicate when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the Services means you acknowledge the updated policy.
